Quick Drink

Great

This is a very unique and interesting cafe. It's like a giant box that became a cafe. It's on the Logomo exhibition grounds, the epicenter of the cultural capital of Turku in 2011. Like other places in the city, it was thought to be open only during 2011, although it seems that it will remain open much longer. In regard to the cafe, there's an ample all white space with endless black stripes crossing each other and in some areas the furniture is also all white. It's the work of the German artist Tobias Rehberge, who tried to create a different space to relax in. Everything is black and white except one central orange lamp and a line that comes from it and goes to the floor, nothing else.
