Renowned for its Princess cake
The cafe is renowned for its Princess cake. This was the cake featured on Great British Bake Off. It is covered with a thin sheet of green marzipan and inside there are alternating layers of cream, sponge and fruit. Feel like a princess for half an hour and have a slice washed down with a nice cup of tea. This is not the only cake in which the café excels, if you are in Stockholm around lent you can also enjoy the semla cake also filled with cream plus almond paste and flavored with cardamom.
