Lycee Militaire de Saint Cyr

The Saint Cyr military school houses students preparing for the military, but it is also a historical building. The original buildings were an institution for orphaned young nobles, dating back to the time of Louis XIV. Later, they housed a special military school, which became the Imperial military school. Here, the officers of the French army were trained until the Second World War. The classical buildings and chapel coexist with the more modern buildings. There's also a Napoleon museum.
