Solola Market

In the region of Lake Atitlán lies this quaint little tourist market of Solola. Precisely its charm is that it is a market for the people of the area, with all kinds of goods (food, animals, clothes, tools ...) and many colours and smells. Strangely, soft drinks are bought in plastic bags - which is much cheaper. It is very common to see people with their bag, drinking through a straw. I think that to really know a region you have to know its market, this is a great example.
