St Peter's Pool

St Peter's Pool, also called Hofra iz-Zghira (the small hole) is on a bay of Malta on the southeast of the island (east side of Delimara peninsula). It can be reached from Marsaxlokk by driving (there is parking for 10-12 cars) or by walking. I walked with a group of friends from Marsascala (where we lived). It took about an hour walking down a path of dirt, rocks and in some sections, road. It is a little lost in the hand of God and you have to clear the path to get, so I recommend finding out about the route before going to walk it. Along the way you'll find some underground bunkers (from the war, some even inhabited) and beautiful views of the bay.
