The Circle of Sacred Smoke sculpture at Devil's Tower

The Circle of Sacred Smoke sculpture, created by Junkyu Muto, is a part of his International Peace Project that fits in perfectly with the surrounding area. According to the signs located at the sculpture The Circle represents a puff of smoke from a ceremonial pipe used by Native American people. Easy to imagine as you look at it 'enveloping' Devil's Tower. A great place to meditate and take in the beauty of this sacred location.

Because the sculpture is not on the direct path to the tower it's easy to be missed. Once entering the park take your first left and then another left towards the picnic grounds.
