The Gift House

Whilst doing a tour of the main pedestrian shopping street of Santa Cruz, Castle Street, we found this gift and craft shop. It is a chain belonging to the iconic "House of the Balconies", which has stores in major parts of the island. Here you can find all kinds of crafts and typical foods from Tenerife, from its openwork popular ornamental embroidery to ceramics, and even roasted maize or spicy sauce jars of different kinds, ready to heat. It's a good place to buy something "made in Tenerife", in order to take a souvenir from Tenerife and give it as a present.
