The painted tribe

The Karo tribe is found to the southeast of the Omo River and its major enemies are the National Park Mursi Mago. There are just 1000 people left in this tribe. Their social traits include painting designs on their bodies and they are considered masters of body painting . Garnished with white chalk on their face for ceremonies. Like other villages in the area, they engage in agriculture, fishing, honey and goat farming.
