Nice atmosphere but not the best French in the city

We celebrated our company Christmas Dinner at Traiteur. A nice french restaurant located insied The Park Hyatt Dubai.
The deco of the place is super: live cooking and beautiful decoration. Depends on the location of your table, they will ask you a minimum consumption amount ($$$) per person. Ad example, we asked to have dinner in a beautiful table but they required 500 AED per person! We decided to have dinner in a normal round table.
The set up of the table was nice with welcome bread and fish appetizer. As an starter, I chose burrata with tomato. It was a nice dish mixing the colours and shapes but not really the best burrata of Dubai. You can find at Carrefour a better burrata done by an italian enterperneur in Sharjah. Price of the starter 80 AED.
