Viewpoint and Wind Park Das Meadas

Only 4 km from the northern part of Lamego is this spectacular viewpoint, approximately 570 meters above sea level, where the Serra das Piss starts. The vast panoramic view reaches not only the city but also the large river crossing known Varosa and Alto Douro Vinhateiro. On a beautiful day on the top of the mountain we found a wind farm (but the Biological Park was closed) and some animals such as horses.
