This amazing resort is a dream, it is the essence of relaxation. The service is the friendliest in the world, and there's a cinema and a natural beach that you can enjoy accompanied with a cocktail and live music.
I never tire of talking about Thailand. I will continue to recommend walking through their land, feeling its water, smelling the breeze and meeting its people. I will continue to write honouring their havens and dreaming about it when I close my eyes. This resort summarises it poetry and welcomes you into its dream-like cabins.
I can tell you lots of experiences and show you lots of photos from our trip to Thailand. One of the charming places we visited was the Legend Hotel. It's precious! It's situated right along the river, full of greenery, and offers private homes with porches and patios. Very relaxing. But, I feel the night photos didn't come out too well.
If Siamtrails is the end of your journey through Thailand, it's a great choice because it offers the possibility to stay at this fantastic hotel with great prices. Nestled in a beautiful bay, surrounded by gardens and a beautiful beach, this is possibly the best location on the island because it's not crowded and it's very quiet. It's a semi-private beach and it can only be accessed by the hotel. It's a 5 minute taxi ride from Patong. The rooms have been recently renovated and have every luxury that's typically associated with a five start hotel. All of the rooms have a terrace. You can choose from a garden view, a beautiful view of the sea, or pools. Your breakfast and the food is excellent and despite being a hotel with many rooms tranquility. Hotel very expensive from November to March but very affordable the rest of the year. Highly recommended!
Hello! I also spent a few days in this hotel, and it definitely is a marvel. It is true that there are better hotels in Puhket, with bigger stores and more services, of course. The value for money of this hotel is great. It is far away from the groups of people, with an almost exclusive beach and magnificent surroundings. I recommend it to you all totally. As you organize your own journey to Thailand, you're also right in saying that you have no problem. At first it takes some adapting to get used to their pace, and language is very difficult, but it is worth trying to learn a few phrases because it opens many doors closed to other "farang". Greetings!
The Phangan Beach Resort is owned by an english man who has been living for 20 years in Thailand, and it shows that he knows the hospitality business, because in the resort you feel very comfortable. The beach is private and there 20 bungalows in total, four of them are on the beach and the rest at the "enormous" distance of about ten meters. The wifi is free to customers, and the only thing that convinced me was the restaurant, which placed a meager rations so you had to order two dishes in case you did not want to stay hungry. The JW Marriott Phuket Hotel shows you the Asiatic charm at its finest. Its amenities are extremely well taken care of, down to the last detail and its sunsets are unique. Service is of the finest quality. It's the perfect hotel for a stay in Phuket, Thailand.
The Golden Beach Resort is located right on the beach of Ao Phra Nang, following the Ao Nang Soi, next to the Hotel Ao Nang Villa Resort and in front of the hotel Peace Laguna Resort. It is one of the most important hotels in the area. It offers superior rooms, deluxe suites and chalets. We found prices from 40 euros to 160 euros per double room. Prices are very good, the most expensive rooms include beautiful views, wide open spaces and private jacuzzis. A Thai-style restaurant also offers Western food open from 7am for breakfast until 11pm for dinner. Located in a great area which offers attractive places to have a drink at night or just go for a stroll. A great value hotel for those who decide to go it alone in luxury. Available to view online - there is no need to spend a fortune to get a decent room in a prime location. See you soon!
When returning from the Buddha, I went to Chaweng Beach, stopping at places that seemed interesting. High on a hill, I saw a deserted beach and decided to check it out. The beach was privately owned by a hotel, Bhundhari Spa Resort. It's a high-priced luxury resort, prohibitively priced by Thai standards. I was impressed by the quality of the hotel and its prime location, and spent a few hours on the beach.
For those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of every corner of the island Koh Tao, this wonderful resort is spacious with huge terraces, fine materials, and is the perfect place, with the cleanest and most beautiful beach, a fantastic staff and facilities that are of 5-star category which will make you forget that you are in the middle of a jungle. I recommend the beachfront restaurant which served a delicious breakfast buffet.
The Imm Eco is more than just a hotel, it has a familiar and welcoming environment, clean rooms and a great service. They donates part of its profits and the efforts of its employees to help the environment and underprivileged children. Its gardens are botanical garden, where they grow all kinds of local exotic plants. Children go to botany classes and English classes, you can see them run around the gardens and it becomes an incentive to stay in this great place. The hotel has a nice double room, you can choose a shared or private bathroom. It also has a octagonal rooms for 8 people, in which the price is really cheap. If traveling in a group it is a safe place in the city. You can swim in the 25 meter pool, get fit in the gym, hang out with friends in the recreation area with ping pong and foosball, watch television with hundreds of international channels , wash your clothes with their washing machines, have a tasty sandwich at the cafeteria of wood or surf the Internet (free if you bring your laptop with wifi or paid in your computer room). If you want to go hiking or receive any kind of tourist info, the friendly staff will help you. On the same street is a trendy restaurant, where, at night, the high society of Chiang Mai meet for dinner accompanied by live music. You can go to dinner or simply have a drink, for our pockets it is not overspending. Nearby there is also a chocolate store where you can have breakfast or a coffee like you're in the Champs Elysees. The hotel is a 10 min walk from the Night Market and about 20 from the center, but that should not be problem, you can move tuktuk, almost anything 24 hours a day in the city's most charming land of smiles .
I stayed in plenty of hotels during my stay in Chiang Mai, but on my last night I decided to stay at the Shangri-La Chiang Mai. It's right in the heart of the city, and although it's a very luxurious hotel, it wasn't my favorite - it would be fourth in my personal ranking, behind the Chedi, the Dusit D2, and Le Meridien. It's not that it's bad, but it's just not as charming as the others. The decoration is similar to other Shangri-La hotels, with a very Thai theme.
The suites weren't great...I didn't like the overly oriental decor...made you feel like you were sleeping in a Chinese restaurant! My standard room had a fabulous king size bed, plasma TV and, best of all, large windows. Personally, I liked the pool area, with wicker type chairs and umbrellas, and two wooden elephants. I also loved the gym overlooking the garden. The spa area is great too, and I was delighted with the massage service. A good place to stay in Chiang Mai, though not my favorite.
This hotel will strike you from the moment you walk through the front door. It's a real treat for the senses, giving a sense of tranquility. Everything is based on the Zen style, with teak flooring, open spaces, a lake with lotus flowers, large landscaped gardens, stunning Asian art pieces, huge vases, etc ... What really impressed me was the view from the balcony. Needless to say, the room is really awesome, one of the best I've ever stayed in, with a huge bed, a rotating plasma TV which you can watch from bed or from the sofa, and a Japanese couch. There was a bath with glass shower, separate from the toilet. The reception is wonderful, and overlooks the gardens and pool. And the restaurant is great, with a wide range of international dishes to suit all tastes. Needless to say, this is a fantastic 5-star hotel, designed for absolute luxury.

It features sumptuously designed boutique villas with private swimming pools, exotic gardens and terraces. Free wireless Internet and a 24 hour butler make the stay an unforgettable experience.
It is lovely place, where you feel like you are in paradise. At night it is even more lovely, with candle lights and the tinkling of the bells, which makes it an exotic and relaxing place. We will go back.
