This bar has good service, quality food that is more than acceptable, and at night a great atmosphere - it gets filled to the point that you can waste over an hour waiting for a table. Price is pretty good / balanced.
This restaurant is located in the center of Ayamonte, in a narrow street for pedestrians. The place is very small, so they serve you on the street. You need to sign up and wait for your turn in order to use the quite few tables. 2 tables - barrel if the squatters are free. The menu is varied. Tuna with onion is the signature dish, but in my opinion it is overrated. The clams and prawns are good. Great Value. If you are in the area you have to go. The new restaurant opposite the station is closed. The usual one in the center is no longer the same, or similar. Such a shame.
It is the starting point of the Jabugo Route. Here you can witness the process followed by the pork and the acorns to become ham. You can learn about the meadows, the healing process and the various parts of the pig. At the end of the visit you can do some a tasting and purchase ham products.
During a visit to Huelva city we ate at Acanthum. The menu had 3 types of tasting menus (29-40 and 60 euros) and a separate menu. I found it suited all customers. Good atmosphere and nice decor. Highlights were an Iberian tartar dignified and exquisite, choco noodles, sea nettle risotto and Iberian cheek with dates - it was a harmonious combination. All very worthy and with great professionalism.
This is a fantastic place with an excellent view, unrivaled in Almonte village and the Doñana marshland. This is a comfortable lounge to enjoy montresca beef, clams, tomatoes seasoned ham and a cabinet very extensive range of wines, to finish a very rich bacon heaven.
We were greeted by the owner who was so friendly. We were impressed by the tasty dishes, especially the rice with mushrooms which was great and my partner enjoyed a plate of Iberian ham which was very good. Do not forget to try the chestnut soup as it is delicious.
Ayamonte has good tapas places and the bar La Puerta Ancha has recently been discovered this year thanks to its 2011 award for best tapa in Ayamonte: Veal cylinder with chopped beef, red pepper, potato, mushroom, cream ...
What a surprise to find such richness on Neptune! Really, this place is in the city of Urbasur, created long before Islantilla. It was always a gathering place for kids who spent summers on the beach, more than one who worked as a waiter. The location is fantastic, the food very good and the beach is the best.
Good place for tapas with originality that is out of the ordinary. The staff is friendly and efficient. A bit expensive but it worthwhile. Recommended to have a good time with friends. Located in the center. Close by you have also good places to continue the evening with drinks such as "Red Lion".
