We were heading to Playa de las Catedrales to the bars and on the same road we came across this restaurant. It was time to eat and we ordered a serving of squid with a beer - I have to say they were really good, very fresh. We liked it and recommend it. The price was very good.
A Maseira is a cozy bar where its rich portions and exquisite desserts ensure your return. The house specialty is octopus, in its many ways of cooking, from Galicia, vinaigrette, onions and omelette. If you come by Foz you must stop. It is open weekends, public holidays and eve of public holidays in winter. In summer this place does not rest and is open mornings and afternoons.
The Moby-Dick restaurant (Foz) is on a mountainside above the sea, making it look like a beached whale. It offers breathtaking views from its rooms and terraces. The atmosphere is familiar, the cuisine is Galician with specialties like seafood and stuffed squid and the desserts are completely home made. They have on-site parking.
