We went to the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong in March 2013. We stayed in an exquisite suite. It had good taste even in the bathroom (shower gel, soap, shampoo Aqua di Parma). The service and treatment from arrival and during the stay (room service, the MO bar upstairs and the Grill) to exit have been among the best we have had (if you go to the airport by car with driver MO, billed the bags , they take you to immigration control 'Fast Track' so you can enjoy the VIP lounge of Cathay Pacific. It was a unique experience. (we really like the MO, New York, Paris, Macao, but Hong Kong is the one we liked best).
The SkyCity Marriott Hotel in Hong Kong is located just a few minutes away from Hong Kong International airport, next to the [poi = 58789] Word Expo Asia station [/ poi] where you can catch the Airport Express. It is a hotel of the standard of Marriot chain hotels, but with the advantage that it is fairly new, and it shows in its decoration and structure of their services. The rooms are spacious with all the details and nicely designed (as you can see in the video). The prices range from 100Euros per night with a very good price / quality ratio. The staff are really friendly (they speak several languages, but not, for now, Castillian) and the facilities are well kept. Besides being a relatively new hotel, they also have many offers. For example, they gave me a free upgrade to an executive room. The pool and gym are also very good facilities including sauna, massage room and Jacuzzi. The only bad point is its location, but they make up for it as they offer guests free tickets for the Airport Express that takes you in less than 30 minutes to the [poi = 4529] central district of Hong Kong [/ poi].
