It took a lot to get the coveted all-inclusive paradise we had imagined for so many months. After three days of rest and the hustle of arrival in Cuba we visited "the Cuban" resort in Havana, with everything we could enjoy: one of the best beaches on the island, "non stop" drink and relaxation. But now nature was going to be against us, as it decided that precisely in those three days it was going to download a mini flood that would disrupt all our plans. The only respite we had was to visit colonial Trinidad which inspired the hotel architecture. We could only imagine how the resort would be on a beautiful, dry, sunny day - perhaps bright and colorful, walking side by side on a huge white beach instead of with water up to the ankles. In order to enjoy all we played alone without the sun. The hotel is really nice, but that neglected colonial feel needs urgent renovations, especially to face the storms that we suffered. The food and drinks arrived in fair time. Luckily the friendly staff who are ready for any need offset some deficiencies. The only regret was that I could not enjoy a wonderful sunny day on the beautiful beach that I had seen in photos.
We rented two heated rooms with two double beds each and ensuite bathrooms with hot and cold water, two terraces, and ranch. It's located in the city centre. Cleaning is provided for the guests, and it offers tranquility and security. There is also a dining and cocktails service.
I was in Trinidad, without a reservation and without advice, everywhere was full, by word of mouth I arrived at Casa Elio. He was fantastic, friendly and fun, he spoke Italian, French, German, English and, in short, made the welcoming! My house was brought to his, in the heart of Trinidad, cozy, in which we have tasted fantastic food at his excellent breakfast terrace and dined on lobster, shrimp and all that typical food. And at night? Elio the Salsa dancer, this was in the best locality, so that was our holiday UNFORGETTABLE! Go there, and only ask for Elio!
When visiting Cuba two months ago, the city that I loved the most was Trinidad. I went to the beach there, the city is beautiful, I went to the mountains, rode a horse, I stayed at the hostel the 'family' ¨ people who treated me as if I was one of the family. It is a modern house with two rooms on the second floor and a balcony. I paid only 18 cuc per night and ate breakfast and lunch for 10 CUC, also the last day we had a family party at address: Francisco Cadahia 56 e / Manuel Fajardo and Jesus Betancourt. Here I write the family guesthouse mail: email@example.com Trinidad, the best city in Cuba.
You will have a great time here with theses people, they are really nice and good people, with a nice breakfast, dinner and drinks, 10 minutes far from the old part of city walking, they will give some tips about the city if you need it.
