If you’re looking to spend a romantic weekend in Paris, I’d definitely suggest staying in this hotel, above all because it’s in a privileged location right beside the [poi=248]Louvre[/poi] and the [poi=54567]Tuilleries Gardens[/poi].
The room in the photos is the suite, the only one in this 3-star hotel. It’s on the 7th floor and has some lovely views of the Louvre and surrounding area.
The décor is opulent, the bathroom large and luminous, and you’ll have the entire floor to yourself as the suite is the only room on the 7th floor.
The hotel has 20 rooms, free wi-fi, and an ideal location. The price (as in all of Paris) is a bit high (130 euros/night without breakfast). A basic room goes for between 130 and 180 euros, a double for between 190 and 230, and the breakfast costs 15 euros.
The Hotel du Louvre is in Plaza André Malraux, in the 1st arrondissement of Paris, opposite the Louvre. It's a 4 star hotel with rooms and suites equipped with "King Size" beds, a desktop (old part), air conditioning, double glazed windows, mini-bar, DVD and flat screen TV with cable channels and movies. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a bath and a mirror. Wi-fi Internet connection is available in the entire hotel, reception is open 24 hours and offers concierge services and the restaurant overlooks the plaza. The nearest subway station is within walking distance and you have easy access to Avenue Opera and Rue de Rivoli for tourist activities, nightlife and shopping. They accept credit cards and private parking is available. Metro: Palais Royal / Musée du Louvre.
The Best Western Premier Louvre Saint-Honoré (Paris) has an excellent, central location close to some of the monuments and famous sights of París. It offers elegant rooms and is ideal for tourist or business stays. Daily delicious breakfast is served in the bright vestibule and all the 37 rooms were completely renovated in 2008 and have flat screen TV and wireless Internet.
