Cafe Heffer

Cafe Heffer has a distinguished touch with old, refined decor kept spotlessly clean. Once we settled in, we found the cafe comfortable and relaxing...they was quiet music in the background and small groups of people enjoying coffee and conversation. We were served promptly with a smile. If I go back to Amsterdam, I'll be sure to come back. The high chairs were a little uncomfortable, but other than that it's a great place to recharge before catching the train to Brussels.
