L'Alambic Restaurant

L'Alambic is a restaurant on Rue de Montreuil, Paris. It is located just in front of the metro stop "Robespierre" (Line 9). It is a traditional Basque restaurant with Basque staff. It offers a good menu (buffet) where you can taste all kinds of Basque specialities. It is only open for lunch from 12pm to 3pm.
The buffet is very good value. The restaurant has a terrace overlooking the courtyard. It it easily accessible and has a booking facility (with a capacity of 130 people). It is an excellent option to enjoy traditional Basque cuisine outside Spain.
