Le 37 is a restaurant which specializes in seafood. In general, the people of Aix en Provence head down to the coast (Marseille, Cassis, Canet and other fishing villages) on the weekends to dine on fresh fish. There are, however, a few fish restaurants in Aix that are very good. They offer good fish soup, and a fresh fish of the day. One specialty of Provence, for instance, is aioli (garlic mayonnaise), which they serve with a piece of fish, steamed vegetables like potatoes, carrots, and zucchini. The other specialty is boullabaisse, a very fine dish if prepared well, which included various types of fish (usually 4 or 5) in a broth. Le 37 also has a small outside terrace.

The 37 is a restaurant specializing in seafood, fish and seafood in general people of Aix en Provence are rather on the coast in the fishing villages or Marseille on weekends to eat fresh fish. There are few fish restaurants in Aix but it is fine. They make a good fish soup and the menu depends on the catch of the day. Provencal specialty, such as aioli, served with steamed vegetables, potatoes, zucchini, carrot, and fish fillet. Another specialty is bouillabaisse, a delicious dish if well prepared, several fish soup, usually four or five. The 37 has a small terrace for outside dining.

Le 37 est un restaurant spécialisé dans les produits de la mer, poisson et fruits de mer. En général les gens d’Aix en Provence vont plutôt sur la cote, dans les villages de pêcheurs ou a Marseille le weekend pour manger du poisson frais. Il y a peu de restaurants de poisson a Aix mais celui-ci est très bien. Ils font une bonne soupe de poisson, et le menu dépend de la pêche du jour. Une spécialité provençale, comme l’aïoli, est servi avec des légumes vapeur, pommes de terre, courgette, carotte, et un filet de poisson. L’autre spécialité est la bouillabaisse, un plat délicieux s’il est bien préparé, de soupe de plusieurs poissons, en général quatre ou cinq. Le 37 a une petite terrasse pour manger dehors.
