The restaurant Shanghai 38 is located on the 38th floor of the famous Sofitel Silom, which also happens to be located in the heart of Bangkok, more specifically at 188 Silom street, which is very close to the shopping district and to all of the most major monuments. Shanghai 38 is open to the general public and it isn't necessary to be a guest at the hotel to enjoy a meal there. Fully air-conditioned, it is decorated in all red and white.
