Excellent South American cuisine
Bolivar Restaurant is located in the heart of South Beach, not far from Collins Avenue and the Art Deco district. They serve large portions of Latin American specialties like Bandeja Paisa, a Colombian dish, churrasco, picanha and chicken saltado, as well as some Peruvian specialties. For startes, I'd suggest empanadas and patacones. Excellent cocktails. On Groupon you can usually find coupons for full menus. Reservations are recommended.
