Dijon

Dijon is the capital of Burgundy, where you will find the most important monuments such as palaces, churches, but also good food (fondue bourguignon), good wine (the famous wines of Bourgogne) and of course the famous Dijon mustard. You will also find many shops and a good atmosphere.
