En Guilin Restaurants

One of the things that surprised us most in Guilin was a type of restaurants where you can choose what animal you want to eat. It may be typical in China, but we only saw it in Guilin. Outside there are cages with water for the animals. You take a look, make a choice, they take the animal and put it in the pot!
