Mariana Vozone
A World Heritage Site
This house is located in the Luis de Camoes square, and was built in 1770. Wealthy families, like that of the merchant Manuel Pereira, lived here. It was later leased to the British East India Company. Like many other buildings this is on the UNESCO World Heritage list.
