Humble Bee Bakery & Cafe is a great find in the San Fernando Valley! It has scrumptious offerings on the menu, some of which are even gluten free. But best of all, it uses local organic, farm fresh ingredients in its entrees. The cafe itself has a hipster type of vibe that gives off a low-key, relaxing environment where you can enjoy your meal. It's a perfect place to have brunch! But be sure to get there before 9 a.m. on weekends - that's when crowds start rolling in and wait times extend to about 30 minutes. The menu changes on the weekends, but all the choices are quite satisfying. In the fall, they have seasonal pumpkin pancakes with candied nuts.
