Jennerbahn - Cable Car to Mt. HJenner

The Mount Jenner Cable Car gives you the opportunity to get to the top of the 1800 meter mountain with minimal effort and view the superb landscape of Lake Koegnigssee down below. It is certainly one of the best things to do in Berchtesgaden National Park. From the top of Jenner, apart from enjoying the magnificent views or eating in the restaurant which is in the upper station, they start fantastic hiking trails that allow you to make circular routes at fairly high levels. It is also used as a privileged spot for paragliding or hang gliding. Cable cars can be taken from the same parking lot at the beginning of Lake Koenigssee.
