Lamlash

This spot is the final corner we found on the island. It is the place to go for dinner or drinks with friends in a less rural area. It is bigger than Brodick, but holds much more history. You can rent boats during the summer in the part called Marina, or go to the Holy Island which is seen from the shore and you can get to the boat village in about 8 minutes. There are several types of restaurants, from seafood to more informal, and like the island in general, each has quite a bit of personality. At just 5-8 minutes from Brodick is the arrival port. We went to the penalty to leave plenty of things in the pipeline: Glen Rose, the distillery, the cervercera, the cheese factories or Brodick Castle.
