Marie Curie Museum

Marie Sklodowska Curie was born in Warsaw and married the French physicist Pierre Curie and her Polish name stepped into the background. What was her home in Warsaw is now a museum dedicated to her and her work. Besides photographs, furniture and personal items, there's much material on their work on radioactivity. The exterior of the building has been redecorated with a very nice painting of several meters of the table elements discovered by her and her husband, Po (polonium) and Ra (radio).
