Norwich Castle

Here is one of the main buildings of Norwich Castle. Of Norman origin, is located on a hill south of Helm Hill. Technically it is a keep, which is the term that denotes a mighty fortress with a square base. It has an area of ​​almost one square kilometer and is about twenty feet high. Formerly a prison, it is now home to the Norwich Castle Museum. We made a last minute visit an hour before closing time, and found it to be cheap and easy to see everything of interest!

Was looking forward to visiting the castle as it was closed for renovations last year when we visited on holiday unfortunately one lady member of staff thought it was ok to physically assault my child by grabbing and yanking her arm TWICE making her cry then had the audacity to do it to my four year old aswell! No one has the right to put their hands on my children let alone hurt them! This is disgusting behaviour and they weren’t even doing anything wrong, they were standing nicely with us while we were scanning our tickets to enter. Thanks to this nasty woman we will never attempt to visit this place again and we WILL be making a formal complaint.
