This is a newly renovated restaurant called Olárizu. It has a very large main hall that caters up to 270 people. It also has a dining room for the day's menu and 4 private dining rooms for groups of 5 or less where you can eat in complete privacy. The menu combines the purest traditional Basque cuisine with riskier innovations, resulting in a rich variety of cuisine and distinctive flavors.
