Old State Meeting House

1 review of Old State Meeting House

A historic location

The Old State Meeting House, perhaps the most important central building of the Freedom Trail, is located next to the Omni Parker House Hotel (one of Boston's luxury hotels). It was the location where Samuel Adams gave his famous speech, regarded as the first act of rebellion, and started the Boston Tea Party. The Old State Meeting House houses the museum on the life of Samuel Adams and is open daily from 10 am to 4 pm, or until to 5 pm during the summer months.
