Sagiike Pond

The Sagi Ike is located in the city of Nara, in the southwest of Nara Park. It's a peaceful place, alive with spring colours. Ducks and other birds can be seen on the calm surface of the water where, from time to time, you can also spot the occasional turtle. In the centre is a wooden building connected to the banks by bridges, called Ukimido - an ideal place to enjoy the magical atmosphere of the pond.
