The entrance to El Borge is a cover of typical Mudejar exposed brick, but a few meters on you find the source of the Harvest. This is a tribute the people make to the grape, which was a very important part of the industry of "passing," as they did the work of carrying big baskets of harvested grapes to "the ferrymen" to dry in the sun, all along dodging steep terrain and the heavy ups and downs of the hills. The fountain sculpture represents the vintner, with the basket on her head and a basket on her arm of grapes. She is dressed in clothing typical of the grape style of that epoch. The bronze sculpture weighs in at around at two tons and has a height of about two meters.
