New dynamic neighborhood
The Quays in southeast Manchester are the new dynamic neighborhood. Many museums have taken up residence (The Lowry and The Imperial War Museum, to give just a couple of examples) and the place is very colorful and bright, in sharp contrast to the old center of Manchester. We walked along the canal, crossing the water at different bridges and locks.
