Theatre Square

The Lyon Theatre Square is situated next to the River Rhone on a piece of land between the Rhone and the Saone, the other river passing through Lyon. It is a pedestrian plaza that has a Vélov station, public bicycles and bus stops right behind in the town square. It is a beautiful place where people come to take advantage of warm weather because it has cafes with terraces and a few fountains to keep you cool. Some young people come to skateboard around here. The opera house is a newer building with a beautiful, sculpted facade. It's on one side of the square while the back of the town hall is on the other side.
