Ukrainian Canadian Archives & Museum of Alberta

1 review of Ukrainian Canadian Archives & Museum of Alberta

A huge collection

The Ukrainian Museum-Archives, Inc. (Cleveland) was founded in 1952 by researchers with the aim of preserving Ukrainian history and culture. It houses a huge collection with many rare species, and is found in the Cleveland neighborhood of Tremont. In 1991, following the breakup of the Soviet Union and the independence of Ukraine, the museum's collection began to attract the attention of other institutions, including the Library of Congress.
