I found it surprising to find this modern restaurant with a lively and authentic Italian cuisine in an area where there is so much rice. The menu is an affordable price, also on Saturdays, hence it was overflowing. The risotto with parmesan was delightful, and the lasagna with mushrooms was yummy. The chocolate desserts are a treat for the sweet tooth. A friendly local place.

Located in Valencia, Casa Sebastia is a restaurant with great charm. It offers a gastronomic feast, specializing in Valencian cuisine. With a commitment to their customers this is a place that knows how to balance the relationship between quality products and unbeatable prices.
Incredible quality, offering a menu of the day for just 8 euros. They will prepare the rice dish that you want (or fideuà) fresh in front of you! And they don't require a minimum of 2 people (so I could enjoy my black rice by myself). The desserts are homemade. Also the place is modern and very clean, with a nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
