Tres Beach (Manuel Antonio Beach)
(2)
Look out for raccoons on the third beach! You cannot go to bathe and leave everything on the beach. But not for fear of 2 legged criminals but because of those with 4! At the risk of losing your backpack or it being ransacked, listen to me. I have proof of the acts.

Quepo Bus Terminal

From San Jose to Quepos is a distance of 174 kilometers and buses leave the bus terminal of Coca Cola, in San Jose. The distance and time can be misleading. In road transport there are 2 types of services: Direct service in cozy and big buses leaving daily 3 times a day, and lasts 3 and a half hours and the cost of the ticket is $ 5.00. The other has 5 departures a day, it takes 5 hours and costs U.S. $ 4.00. As Manuel Antonio is one of the most popular destinations in the country, at weekends and during the peak season, it is obligatory to buy the bus ticket at least 3 days in advance. The bus service between Quepos, Central Station and the National Park Manuel Antonio leaves every 30 min from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm and costs $ 0.40. The road between Quepos and the park is straight and along it are hotels and motels and places for drinks or food. It is best to check with the driver for your stop. The bus station is in the heart of Quepos.

From the Manuel Antonio beach take a path along the peninsula, leaving from the western side of the "turtle trap" made by pre-Columbian Indians (the turtles got into this area at high tide and when it went out, were trapped) continue upwards, reaching the cathedral peak. From here you will have wonderful views of the Pacific and several islets that are are bird sanctuaries. Beward, amid this lush vegetation t hide groups of monkeys hide in significant quantities.

Espadilla Beach or Beach 1
(2)
Espadilla Beach is in front of the village of Manuel Antonio, and it extends south towards the beach number 2. To the north it is becoming more solitary and quiet paths go up to where small hotels are located on the sea road. There a wide sandy area and what you breathe on this beach is peace. One of the best choices for swimming in the area.
Sports-Related in Quepos
Canopi Quepos
(2)
The canopi is suspended cables in trees, on which people moved from one platform to another, taking advantage of the trip to see the beauty of the forest. It's a zip wire to the beast. You can also de rappelling. It's all quite safe even if you don't know how to do it. The tour departs from the main road from Quepos and follows a forest road for 1.5 hours or so. They say that the best are those of Monteverde and Arenal. The worst that can happen is that you get soaked in the pouring rain like what happened to us!
