EUROLINES bus station in Paris is in the town of Bagnolet, east of Paris stuck. The good thing is that it is affordable: by metro line 3, GALLIENI last stop, and one can go directly from the subway to the bus terminal. The good thing, besides having eurolines offices open from 6am to 11pm, is that it is by a big shopping center where you can eat/buy something for the trip, cheaper than in the shops and cafeteria at the bus terminal. This mall is called BEL-EST. If arriving by subway the entrance is a few meters from the subway exit. It Auchan, Mc Donalds, bakery, pharmacy, small restaurant, and fast food with salad or hot pasta. Also a few meters, and a couple of bars, and a newspaper vendor. In the same shopping center is a hotel CAMPANILE, and behind 3 other hotels (MISTER BED, ETAP HOTEL, and IBIS), perfect for being close to the subway and going to visit Paris. Eurolines now has the right to promote bus travel within France (until June 2011 was only entitled to sell international tickets), which can be a good alternative to the train, they always get something expensive!
Bel'Est Shopping Center is located just outside of Paris in Bagnolet. The hypermarket is open from 8:30 to 22:00 (from 8:00 to 22:00 on Saturdays). There is parking available on two floors and the first three hours are free. The closest metro line is 3 "Gallieni." Bagnolet surprised me: this tiny village, connected to Paris, on the west side, 1st by metro that is affordable, indispensable for anyone in the French capital. What surprised me was the subways are out of these high towers and hotels, but to make the street Sadi Carnot, I went into what really is a tiny town. A top spot, with its terraces of red chairs, made me want to sit and rest. Later, I came to the church. From there, I went to my left, and I missed the streets, until you reach the town: houses typical of the movies coming out in Jeunet, full of charm! Bagnolet has a cinema , pool, park, several supermarkets, including a big Alcampo to get lost in . The mall EST BEL-in the same output GALLIENI meters. If you go to Paris and offered them accommodation in Bagnolet, can be a good option and is in the same line of metroque Republique neighborhood bars and restaurants, and is GALLIENI have terminal with buses from the EUROLINES ... Bon voyage!
