Preserving history
This Museum is dedicated to the preservation , research and dissemination of historical information about Hyde Park and Kenwood and Hyde Park across the former Town ( 39th to 138th ) and has an interest in the preservation of its built heritage. In addition, the Council of the League meets, open to members, every 3rd Tuesday night at 7:30 at the headquarters of the Company, (5529 S. Lake Park Avenue). The Preservation Committee also meets, open to members of the Society.
