The Smallest House in Great Britain

2 reviews of The Smallest House in Great Britain

The smallest house

The smallest house in the UK is located in Conwy, Wales, a small country that you have to visit at least once in your life. It's amazing, especially for lovers of nature and history. In Wales you will find green mountains, waterfalls, lakes, cliffs, beaches, picturesque villages, castles, traditions, and history...I was absolutely delighted. In fact, it is the place that I love most in the UK, although I have yet to visit Scotland, so I might still change my mind. Oh, one more thing, for music lovers: one of my favourite bands, Stereophonics, come from Cwaman, South Wales.

But what about Conwy? It is a small walled city in north Wales. Walking there is like stepping back in time, the walls and the castle are very well preserved, along with many homes and buildings. I was struck in particular by the suspension bridge near the castle, which is apparently one of the first in that style to be built back in the nineteenth century. And then, of course, there is the famous castle, which is located on a small hill on the bank of the river. Really worth a visit.
