BBC Slow Food Salon

BBC Slow Food Salon

The BBC Good Food Show is a show that is made in London once a year, with the goal of promoting healthy, fresh, and fairly sourced food. The BBC, which for years has been involved in campaigns to eat well in a country where the national dish is fish and chips and many people are overweight, promotes the event in collaboration with an association called Slow Food. The products have to be fairly sourced, with a good price paid to the producer so he can live decently, and have to be fresh, natural and without chemical additives. You can try the products of many small farmers and manufacturers, from honey to oysters, they teach you how to make bread at home and grow your own vegetables.
