Bouillon Racine

Le Bouillon is the of a clear beef or chicken stew/soup with a little meat. The Bouillons in Paris was most popular in the nineteenth century for workers to eat quickly. This place has been open for more than 100 years and it has an incredible art deco with green tones. There is a menu at noon for 15 euros (a first and a plate) and the selection is traditional French dishes. The service is friendly, if a little slow and the wine menu is extensive starting at 25 euros/bottle, which is not very expensive for this kind of place.
