Cheerful fountain

This fountain is next to the Tower Bridge in London, and it's of a girl jumping out of the water with a dolphin. When I was there it was a grey day, but the statue looked cheerful, and completely out of place next to the old tower. It looks like the girl is dancing in total harmony with the dolphin. It's typical to take a picture of the fountain with the bridge in the background, you've seen it a thousand times. I'm not great at taking pictures, but with good lighting you can take some beautiful pictures.

The fountain is one of the various decorations that have been placed on the banks of the Thames, to make the place more pedestrian friendly.

It is near the Grand Tower Bridge. And that's it really, I found it difficult to find any other information that my own conclusions about it.
