Located on the old docks of the city of Liverpool, along the Mersey River, the Museum of Liverpool will officially open its doors in the coming weeks (July 2011). But already, its construction is completed (only the landscaping remains to be done) and the building arouses mixed feelings among the locals: innovative in its style, it is located in the middle of much more classically-designed buildings.
