Lugar Fountain

This fountain is a good example of public civil architecture of Roman origin, although this construction is actually from the Middle Ages, and which has been declared to be Public Interest Property (IIP). It is built of stone, and it looks like a small house, with a gable roof on which there is a cross positioned. The front has a small arch covered by a grille, which seems to be a gateway (the interior of the place is vaulted), and facing this is a pipe where the water comes out today. To get to the pipe's you go down two or three stairs and find it half buried in the ground, this gap has a motive:
