Fresher fish is almost impossible. Restaurant Manolo, located in the seaside barrio of Serrallo, is a must for its delicious seafood and welcoming atmosphere.
When we visited, there was a campaign to promote locally-caught blue fish and so of course we decided to give it a shot. The menu usually changes depending on what’s fresh, but it’s always excellent.
Oh, and don’t forget to finish your dinner with a traditional glass of Chartreuse. It’s a real treat.
