One of the busiest attractions in Edinburgh, the Scotch Whisky Experience is found in a former school building in Castlehill. Here you can learn all about the history and production process of Scotland's national drink, while having fun traveling in a whisky barrel. You can admire the largest collection of whisky in the world, with more than 3,500 bottles, learn to appreciate the different tastes of whisky, choose your favourite, and of course, buy something from the gift shop. Open every day except Christmas Day.
