This restaurant provides a great eating experience around the Vatican. The local restaurants are often expensive but this one offers excellent value. The menu is extensive and everything we tried was delicious. The staff is very friendly and are dedicated not only to serve if not to give guidance on the card and on the same city!
Simply RE-CO-MM-EN-DA-BLE! It's in the Vatican area, about 400m. from the Vatican Museums through the little streets. At first, the restaurant seems skimpy from outside, and I personally thought it looked like the restaurants from The Godfather with red and white checkered tablecloths... but then you go and the food is simple, home-made, and at a phenomenal price for Rome. Special pasta "all'amatriciana" which is typical to Rome and and very elaborate. Greetings to Marco and Fabio Formichella. A tip: let the waiters suggest the food. The service is friendly.
