Restaurants in Beauvais
La Criee
Situated in the commercial area of Beauvais, we find one of the best places to have oysters and although I have tried not to like, I failed. Apart from the mollusk, you could get some good mussels wine or cream, seafood or a good grilled fish at a relatively reasonable price for the country it is. Yes, the service is attentive, cleanliness borders on perfection and the decor quite nice. As in all of France, there is a ban on smoking in enclosed public spaces, so that those who are heavy smokers have to sit on the magnificent terrace if the weather is okay.

Leon de Bruxelles
If you like mussels this is paradise. Over 10 different ways to cook them, in white wine, curry, and sausage, with bacon, cream, tarragon etc. And of course the star dish, mussels with grilled shrimp, calamari and a delicious sauce, all accompanied with a bowl of white rice. Delicious. Although the first Leon restaurant had its birth in Brussels in the year 1893 with Léon Vanlancker cook's hand, in July of the year 1989, his heir Rudy established the first restaurant in France specifically in Paris at the Place de la Republique. It Currently has over 50 restaurants scattered throughout France and its own mussel farm. The price and service is very good. I can not upload pictures of the dishes because I destroyed them.
Cafés in Beauvais
Le Jeanne Hachette Café
Watching people pass by in this city in the interior of this place is the most entertaining, because in 30 minutes one can see lots of people, especially women and young people who can not resist the delights of this bakery. We are in the Town Hall Square, in the heart of Beauvais. A glass of cider and quiche and croque monsieur poulet, and a dessert of chocolat religieuse or millefeuille with coffee at a table is great. A temptation served by a family that is fun.

La Table de Celine
This is a family restaurant located just a little out of city centre, but worth it if you are in this city. I discovered it after reading the great reviews online, and they were true. The staff takes care of you with attention to detail, and on weekdays its clientele was is suited business men on business lunches. The food is made with care and well presented, and with their menu costing around 22 euros, it makes it easy to recommend.
